Inaka Power is an upcoming fitness brand that has been gaining popularity from social media. What makes Inaka Power stand out from other fitness brands is their originality. This brand combines fitness attire with streetwear to add a whole new dimension to gym fashion. Social media has boosted this brand because of the appeal of "different" fitness attire. This brand interested me because I am very involved in the fitness community and seeing a brand that allows for self expression in the gym becoming successful is appealing.
The value proposition of this brand is to stand out from other fitness brands and to provide a different style to the normally basic gym clothing. The gym is a place where people go to better themselves so it is important to look good and feel good during the process as well.

There are many accounts giving feedback about their love for the brand and how different and stylish the clothing is. The brand is getting a lot of positive feedback because of the fact that there aren't very many fitness brands out there that are doing what they are doing.
One account specifically says they constantly get compliments on their gym attire so they will be promoting the brand at their local gym because of their love for Inaka.
On the flip side of the feedback, there are so comments by consumers that are complaining that the clothing is overpriced and unaffordable.
This brand is trying to be innovative and create clothing lines that are fashionable while also being functional. There isn't really any other brand in the fitness industry that is doing what they are doing and getting as much recognition. I believe the rising popularity of this brand could be a turning point for the fashion aspect of working out.

The marketing challenge this brand faces is gaining recognition. Although this brand is somewhat popular on the fitness side of social media, it is not as widespread on other sides of social media. This brand is definitely not one of the most popular clothing brands for fitness so their main goal as of right now is growing their business and gaining recognition.

The brand responds to customers by taking their feedback into consideration when creating a new drop. As for the feedback of how expensive the clothing is, I haven't seen the brand respond. I don't think responding about the price of their products would do much in their favor because they have a pretty loyal customer base that spends the money on their clothing because they want to invest in high quality, fashionable gym attire.

If I was a brand manager, I would respond to customer by possibly doing giveaways of the product to a number of winners. I think it would be super cool as well for the brand to have an artwork competition where customers can submit artwork and the brand would choose a couple winners and have a drop with the artwork on their clothing line.

What I learned from this assignment is that it is very important for brands to listen to what is said about them on different forms of media. Whether its positive or negative feedback, it is important for brands to acknowledge what consumers are saying so they can grow their brand and customers feel heard by the business.
