Inaka Power is an upcoming fitness brand that has been gaining popularity from social media. What makes Inaka Power stand out from other fitness brands is their originality. This brand combines fitness attire with streetwear to add a whole new dimension to gym fashion. Social media has boosted this brand because of the appeal of "different" fitness attire. This brand interested me because I am very involved in the fitness community and seeing a brand that allows for self expression in the gym becoming successful is appealing. Cracker Jack has recently taken a new marketing approach by releasing their limited edition Cracker Jill packaging for opening day all across the country. This news immediately caught my eye because of the inclusivity and rebranding of an old ballpark classic. The reason I chose this piece of news is because it is so important to celebrate the achievements of female athletes because of the stigma around women's sports being inferior to men's sports.  Marketing Dive released an article  covering the details of the new Cracker Jill product. In the article it is mentioned that the main goal of this launch was to celebrate women who break barriers and to offer a $5 donation to the Women's Sports Foundation. Along with the release of their new packaging, Frito Lay partnered with singer Normani to celebrate women through a spinoff of the classic song, "Take Me Out To The Ball Game".  Hello everyone! My name is Jessica, but most people call me Jessie. This is my first year at Linn Benton Community College and my major is Business Administration, but I am still deciding if this is the right major for me. I enrolled in this class because I am currently trying to explore possible career paths and Marketing is one that I have a lot of interest in. I am most interested in learning about the process of Marketing and if I can see myself enjoying Marketing long term. Outside of school I have interest in nutrition and weight lifting. Being healthy and strong are both things that I am very passionate about and bring me joy. I am excited to see what this class has in store for me :).
